![]() Man, what a pain in the arse! So, that’s my morning. Turned the AC down and turned off all the lights that had turned on. I figured that way it would be safe even power went off again. ![]() UGH, then the power ended up going back on right before I left, which was good because then I put the food from the cooler in an insulated bag back in the fridge. Hungry to figure out how to manually open the garage, FML. I scrambled to get some of it in the cooler and pack the freezer, so all the frozen stuff was together. When the power did go off my first thought was the food, ask me why I didn’t think of that before? More concerned about the shower I guess. I gave her a treat and jumped in the shower. Then I had to take off the collar which might have been the saddest moment EVER I felt TERRIBLE. I put the leash on Nala and said “let’s go for a walk,” and then I remembered the power was going out and I needed to shower. Then I proceeded to be the WORST dog mom ever. Then I swung through the Starbucks drive-thru for a cold brew and feta wrap for breakfast. I started in a rush because my computer froze so I thought it was 6:14, but it was 6:25, as you know, 10 minutes make a HUGE difference in the morning. I went to Orange Theory this morning way earlier than I usually do because I knew it was gonna be one of those days. Hi Friends! Blogging a little later this morning because it’s been one of those mornings. I do hope our paths will cross someday and I get to break bread with you in person! For the treasure trove that is your blog, I am thankful. This is my favorite dessert when I want to stay on track but am craving something delicious! Peanut Butter mug cake in less than one minute! I just KNOW it'll taste divine.Īnd I know I'm repeating myself, but you're my new best friend. I need my peanut/peanut butter fix at least once a week, and I know peanuts are not allowed when strictly keto, but I'm not strictly keto and I work out five days a week and I know I'm rambling and this is the answer to all of my no-peanut woes. Also, don't have tamari in my pantry so I'll use some tamarind pulp instead for the umami kick. I'll get there - will take me a little time.īut this - THIS will be my go-to once-a-week recipe hereon. The sunflower chia bagels weren't as good. I could only manage one slice for breakfast, and I'm still full five hours later. My first ever baking experience today: I made the almond/coconut/flax bread. If you enjoy cauliflower as a low carb appetizer or snack, try cauliflower buffalo wings or any of these easy recipes. MORE LOW CARB CAULIFLOWER RECIPES TO LOVE If you have a peanut allergy than almond butter or even sunflower seed butter could be substituted. Keep the temperature the same as the oven and air fry for 10-15 minutes. These tasty keto cauliflower bites can also be cooked in the air fryer. To make ahead, mix the spicy sauce, toss the cauliflower florets and keep them in an air tight container until you are ready to cook. CAN THESE CAULIFLOWER BITES BE MADE AHEAD? If you have any leftovers, store them in an air tight container and they will keep in the fridge for up to 4 days. ![]() A dash of our sugar free hot sauce would certainly add a kick! STORAGE Perhaps ginger or cumin would give it an extra flavor. You could play around with the spices and add extra heat. Just beware, that these spicy peanut cauliflower bites are very delicious and it is very hard to only eat a couple. Some hotter chili powder would be a great addition if you like the heat. I loved these keto-friendly spicy cauliflower bites and label them as a snack or starter since there is a tendency to scoff the whole plate in one go (might be just us though.)!įeel free to play around with the spices. You could take this sauce and cook it on any part of the chicken or a vegetable you wanted. I have used this sauce on chicken too (breast strips, not wings) for the Chief Taster which he enjoyed.
